Club Rules & Conditions of Membership:

Membership is free and can be applied for via the website www.canwego.co.uk

A verified email address is essential for club membership

Minimum age to qualify for membership is 18 yrs

You agree to the use of your data in accordance with the Can We Go Privacy Policy.

Access to any event is restricted to members and their guests. A valid ticket. and/or proof of ID may also be requested.

Members are responsible for the conduct of their guests and are therefore expected to attend the events to which they have invited non members.

Members must conduct themselves as responsible adults in a safe and socially acceptable manner when attending any Can We Go event. They should also ensure that any guests attending under their membership are aware of and comply with the Can We Go club rules.

Members will have access to their membership profile at any time. details can be amended at will but the Can We Go administration must be made aware of any proposed contact detail changes.

Persons representing Can We Go will have the authority to suspend, evoke or refuse membership to any person it considers unsuitable without notice.

Under no circumstances must members or their guests, tamper with or abuse any property or equipment which does not belong to them or for which they are not otherwise authorised to handle when attending events. No liability is accepted by Can We Go for any personal damage caused to themselves or others or for any compensation claims made for property or equipment due to their failure to follow these rules.

Members can cancel their ticket orders at any time prior to the event confirmation date. Cancelled ticket orders after said date may incur a cancelation fee.

Members are asked to please notify the organisers if they wish to transfer their purchased tickets to other members before the event date

Full or part payment refunds for the cancellation of purchased tickets, will depend on factors relating to the event and will be awarded or not, after due consideration by the CanWe Go administartors. When a refund is awarded, a cancellation fee may still be incurred.

Can We Go reserve the right to modify and/or include additional Terms at any time at our sole discretion and will post notice on the website that alterations are either due to be or have been made. You agree that such alterations shall be effective from when any such notice has been posted on the website and you will be bound to any alterations from that time. It is therefore important that you review these Terms regularly to ensure you are updated regarding any alterations.

Should you not agree with the altered and/or additional terms you must cease your membership.
